Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days (Monday - Friday). Tracking number will be provided by email. Shipment will arrive 3/5 working days on European orders , 7 working days on oversee orders, from the day the package is sent. All orders will be shipped from Madrid, Spain.

Our returns guarantee gives you the right  to return the product for any reason within 14 days of having received it. Customers have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be return unused. All original packaging, price labels etc shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. Customer bears return charges.
